A composite manuscript, containing a variety of texts in Latin and English, put together at some point in the post-1200 period. Among the English texts are two important sets of post-Conquest materials: a collection of homilies by Ælfric; and a later quire (148-55) containing prognostications, written by a scribe who also writes a large portion of Cambridge University Library, Ii. 1. 33. There are a few monochromatic litterae notabiliores--'rustic' in appearance, and numerous enlarged initials, but the manuscript's varied layouts are, of course, contigent on the various parts of the book.
